    There are also simple lifestyle changes that can greatly reduce the severity of symptoms. Leg cramps and backaches, for instance, are most commonly caused by dehydration. Since a pregnant woman is drinking for two, it is important to drink more water than usual. Vitamin C, zinc, and iron are all useful in treating fatigue, as they work in tandem together to help boost the immune system.
